Ever wondered what it
was like to study street arts. Well I’ve just produced a video for Winchester
University’s Street Arts programme that explains exactly that.
Winchester has been
one of the premiere cities for street arts hosting the hat fair every year with
performers travelling from all over the world to take part. Also historically
it’s had very friendly busking bylaws that allow street musicians not to
require a licence to hold a spot for a short time.
All this makes it an
excellent place to study street arts.
